Dr. Steve Petryk
General Dentist
Dr. Steve Petryk graduated in Dentistry from the University of Alberta in 1991. With an emphasis on cosmetic and restorative treatment, his general practice is committed to taking superb care of each individual. Dr. Petryk is a compassionate man who is filled with integrity. People are put at ease by his sense of humour and gentle touch.
Dr. Jordan Petryk
General Dentist
Dr. Jordan is proud to join his father at Solara Dental Care, continuing a legacy of compassionate, honest and high-quality dental care. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Dr. Jordan is committed to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry through ongoing education and training. He brings a fresh perspective and a gentle, patient-centred approach to the practice, with special interests in preventive care, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery and digital technologies. Outside the office, Dr. Jordan enjoys spending his time with his wife and two children.
He is excited to be serving the community he grew up in.
Rhonda
Office Manager
Hello, my name is Rhonda. I have worked with Dr. Petryk since the beginning of his dental life. I am not a face that you will see often in the office, as my role as Team and Practice Director keeps me behind the scenes.
I find great value in developing relationships with the management team to ensure that our vision of a high standard of care with five-star service is achieved. I provide personal and team development so that we can bring the best of who we are to you.

Patient Coordinator
I was introduced to the dental field after coming to Canada from Brazil in 2005 with a business background career. It was an opportunity that allowed me to exercise my passion for helping people. I have been working with Dr. Petryk for over 16 years now on this wonderful journey of helping patients to achieve optimal health by taking very good care of their teeth.
In addition, to get to hang out with the best patients and team ever at Solara Dental Care, I am a patient coordinator, bookkeeper, as well as manager assistant.
When I am not working, I am raising my wonderful boy, and don’t kid yourself, I still find time for fitness =)
Najlaa
Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Najlaa. I have been with Dr. Petryk since I started my journey as a registered dental assistant in 2012.
I graduated from SAIT. I have been working ever since and I love providing a warm and welcoming environment to our patients. When I am not at Solara Dental Care I am spending time with my children going for walks at the Zoo.
Sonja
Dental Hygienist
Sonja has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2011 and has been surrounded by dentistry for as long as she can remember, having grown up in a dental family. Her lifelong connection to the profession has inspired a genuine passion for helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Sonja is dedicated to creating a comfortable, positive experience for every patient and believes that trust, education, and a little laughter go a long way. With a gentle approach and a focus on preventive care, Sonja takes the time to listen to each patient’s needs, answer questions, and provide personalized care that helps patients feel informed, confident, and at ease.
Outside the office, Sonja enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, golfing, crocheting, and creating memorable Halloween displays for family and friends.
